Garage plans are simple. But the available plans almost never fit our exact needs and we sadly end up settling for a cookie cutter compromise. Even worse, some people spend days making changes to an existing plan to make it fit.
At Sketch2Plan you can send us your garage sketch or use our Garage Planner Form and we'll "Draw It Your Way". Simply enter the garage Width, Length and Height and other information. Then select the vehicle entry door(s). Then select the window(s) and walk-in door types. Then using our Visual Layout below, tell us where to place the doors and windows. Yes, Garages plans really are simple.
The Sketch2Plan Garage Planner will typically satisfy 95% of all customer requests. It will allow you to specify sizes like 15' 6" (W) X 33' 8" (L) X 11' (H) to store your boat instead of your car.
Here's how it works...
1) Sketch your desired garage the best you can. We'll email you with questions and suggestions later if you miss anything.
2) Purchase a Single Floor Garage Plan for $34.00
3) Fill out the Garage Planner Form and submit it along with uploading your sketch.
4) Our drafters then get to work taking one of our standard garage 3D CAD plans and change it to meet your specifications.
5) We email you the completed custom garage plans in pdf format ready to print multiple copies.
6) FREE (one time) edit of window and door size/placements.
Yes. Garage plans are simple and by not starting from scratch and modifying one of our standard 3D CAD garage plans we can create your new custom garage plans at a good price and we will even edit any window or door size/placement if it does not look right on first delivered plan.
Contractors are welcome, getting every fifth plan free. Get the garage plan details you need for your crew to build exactly what your customer wants.
For example:
Building on a slope and need a 2' 6" stem wall?
Building an L shaped garage with patio sliding doors in an office area?

Be responsible and ensure you comply with your local building code regulations during construction. Sketch2Plan can not and does not adhere to the millions of location specific building code specifications in the world. We supply a generic 3D plan and are not responsible if you do not build to your local building code specifications.
