Plans are provided and emailed in electronic, Adobe Acrobat PDF file format at an architectural scale of 1/4"= 1'-0". The plan sets will print on either letter, legal or ledger sized paper depending on the size of the plan, so that plans may be printed on standard printers.
After the plans are complete and delivered:
Minor changes to doors and windows size or placement are FREE (one time).
Major changes such as building size, roof, floor and footings - $14.00 (update fee).
